Support at Home (SAH)
Good life OT assists you in the SAH funding space by providing assessments, interventions, and reports required to keep you in your own home as long as safely possible.
Restorative Care Pathway
Similar to HCP clients, Good Life OT offers services to clients with Restorative Care Pathway funding to assist with optimising safety around the home to keep you in your own home as long as safely possible, in a targeted 16 week format.
